Manifesto

One woman’s success takes nothing away from another

Behind every company stands a person. Sometimes confident, sometimes full of doubt. Sometimes at the very beginning, sometimes after years of experience, wins and hard lessons. This community was created as a place where you can not only show your business, but also feel that on the other side are people who understand how much courage it takes to build something of your own.

We do not want a place where women compare themselves, judge one another or compete for attention. We want a community where you can ask a question without fear, share experience, ask for help, find inspiration and hear: “Try it. You can do this. You are not alone in it.”

  • 01

    Cooperation, not competition

Business need not be about who overtakes whom. It can be about who reaches out a hand.

  • 02

    Mutual respect

Respect for someone else’s road, even when it looks nothing like ours.

  • 03

    Kindness

Good communication and the ability to listen. Without it, networking is just swapping business cards.

  • 04

    Supporting others

We recommend each other before anyone asks. It is the cheapest and best advertising there is.

  • 05

    Growth

Every meeting should leave behind something that was not there before: an idea, a contact or courage.

  • 06

    Safety

A space where you can say “I don’t know” without losing an ounce of credibility.

  • 07

    Courage to act despite fear

Each of us once started with a first step. There was rarely certainty, there was a decision.

This is not merely an elegant evening. It is an event that brings together women running their own companies, working professionals and people who believe in cooperation. We open at 15:00 with a welcome and a glass of champagne at tables of eight. Then ten talks, broken up by dinner and two networking breaks, and stand-up comedy just before the finale. The heart of the evening is the awards ceremony at 20:15: twelve honours, one in each category. Then the afterparty until midnight.

The awards

Twelve categories, twelve laureates

Nobody puts herself forward for a prize here. Names come from the community, and the choice runs through three stages: from the vote of Polish women in five countries to the decision of a jury drawn from the Gala’s speakers.

  1. I

    Entries and nominations

The community puts the names forward. Nobody nominates herself to win. A name comes from someone who knows this woman’s work and her road.

  2. II

The vote of Polish women from five countries

The survey reached Polish women in Belgium, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom and Poland. Eighty of them took the time, studied the candidates and decided who moves on and in which category.

  3. III

    The jury’s decision

The shortlist goes to a jury drawn from the Gala’s speakers: international guests and one person from the Netherlands. The first criterion is expertise: knowledge, competence, quality of work and professionalism in one’s field.

  4. 31.X

    The evening of the announcement

Twelve laureates, one per category, are revealed only on stage in Eindhoven. Until then nobody outside the jury knows the result.

First edition

How it was on 8 November 2025

The first Gala of Polish Businesswomen in the Netherlands took place on 8 November 2025 in Sint-Oedenrode. Awards were presented in twelve categories, and that evening was the start of the road to the second edition.

Sponsorship

Not every advert is worth the same

You can buy a banner. You can buy advertising. You can show up on social media. Or you can become part of an initiative that genuinely changes things for other entrepreneurs.

Brand visibility

Before, during and after the Gala. We promote sponsors for weeks. This is not advertising that ends at midnight.

Prestige and trust

A brand that backs women in business says something about itself that no banner can buy.

Networking

Around two hundred women in business in one room, for a whole evening, in a mood that invites conversation.

Support for women in business

As a sponsor you are not backing a single evening. You become a partner in an initiative that connects entrepreneurs and shows that one person’s success takes nothing away from anyone else.

If you run a company and wonder how to reach new clients and raise your brand’s profile, sponsoring the Gala can be an excellent opportunity. We promote sponsors for weeks before the event, during the Gala itself and after it ends.

The Gala is the loudest point of the year, but not the only one. All year round we meet in smaller groups, where a real conversation is possible.
