Privacy policy

Short and free of legal padding: what happens with data when you visit this site, and what we do not do.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

Who is responsible for this site

This site and its data are looked after by the Polish Businesswomen in the Netherlands community, run by Aleksandra Wajszczuk, Edyta Pacholuk and Krystyna Rakowiecka. Contact: contact@polkiprzedsiebiorcze.nl, +31 6 43 911 623, Grutto 22, 5492 PL Sint-Oedenrode.

The site was built and is maintained by firmatic.nl (Look Arts Vision), which has technical access to the hosting and the statistics.

What does not happen here

This site has no user accounts, sells nothing directly and does not profile visitors for advertising. Specifically:

  • Fonts and video files sit on our own server. Opening the page sends no request to Google, YouTube or Vimeo.
  • There are no advertising pixels: no Meta Pixel, Google Ads or retargeting.
  • Ticket sales run through ticketkantoor.nl on their own site. Clicking “Buy a ticket” takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.

Visit statistics

We want to know which pages people read and where they get lost. We use two tools that work in different ways, so we describe them separately.

Umami counts visits without cookies and without following individual people. It does not store a full IP address, builds no profile, and the data cannot be traced back to a person. It collects totals only: which page, where the visit came from, which country, phone or computer. The server sits in the European Union and belongs to Firmatic, the company that runs this site; the data goes to no other company. Because it sets no cookies and processes no personal data, it works straight away, without asking for consent.

Microsoft Clarity goes further: it records click maps and recordings of pointer movement and scrolling. It does not record what you type into form fields. Clarity only starts once you agree to it in the banner; if you choose “Essential only”, the script is not loaded at all. The controller for that data is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.

We also see which search terms people use to find us. That data comes from Google Search Console and consists of totals only, with no information about who searched.

Cookies and browser storage

The site itself sets no cookies. Neither does Umami, which we use to count visits. Your choice from the banner is kept in browser storage (localStorage) so we do not ask again on every visit; that is not a cookie and never leaves your device.

Only after consent does Microsoft Clarity set its own cookies to recognise a returning session. You can always change your mind: use “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Contact form

The form on the contact page is switched off for now: it sends nothing and stores nothing, and the button says so. Once the mailbox is connected we will describe here exactly what happens to a message.

Until then you write to us by ordinary email at contact@polkiprzedsiebiorcze.nl or call. We keep that correspondence for as long as the matter runs and use it for nothing else.

Where the site runs

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any server, Netlify keeps technical logs (IP address, time and requested address) needed to deliver the site and to fend off abuse.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you can object to the processing. An email to contact@polkiprzedsiebiorcze.nl is enough. If you believe we are getting it wrong, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
